美容・健康効果が大いに期待できるセルフプレジャーですが、事前に準備すべきことはあるのでしょうか。
「行為に集中できるよう人に見つかる心配のない環境を整えたり、時間帯を選ぶことは大事です。裸や下着1枚よりも体を締め付けないパジャマ姿のほうがリラックスできて楽しめると思います。また、手を洗うなど衛生面は気を付けましょう。雑菌が入って膣炎や膀胱炎になる可能性はゼロではありません」（宮本先生）
